At this time all sales are final as all books are printed on demand. Orders are printed and fulfilled on a singular basis. There is no wharehouse of stock - instead books are printed per customer order.

Lulu sends a shipment notification email to the email address entered during checkout once the books are packaged for delivery. The email includes a tracking number if the method chosen during checkout was traceable. Customers can also check the status of their order by going to their Order History page or using the Order Lookup link.
